Order Process:

How do I apply a promotional code to my order?
Promotional codes can be applied in the cart page or during the checkout process.
Can I cancel my purchase?
You can cancel your order within two weeks of receiving the first goods by calling us or writing an e-mail. Further information can be found here: Returns
My order was confirmed but I have been contacted that an item is out of stock. Why is this?
On the rare occasions an item at our Fulfilment Centre may be damaged or missing and we will only find out when we go to pick your order. Although this does not happen often, we will contact you to arrange a refund or replacement item in these instances.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes. You can receive your invoice in PDF format via e-mail when you contact customer support.
Why have I not received an order confirmation?
Some e-mail services incorrectly flag automated messages from our servers as spam - if you don´t receive anything, please check your spam folders first. You may also accidentally have provided an incorrect e-mail address - in this case please contact our customer support to check whether we received your order.

Shipping:

Can I change my shipping address?
To change your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@ashleybridget.co.uk. Please include your order number, full name, the incorrect address, and the new address you would like the order shipped to. If your order has not shipped yet, we will update the address. If it has already shipped, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.
I have not yet received my delivery, although the stated delivery time has passed.
On rare occasions or in remote areas there sometimes might be a delay. AB unfortunately has no influence on this. If the announced shipping times are exceeded significantly, please contact our Customer Support with your order number.
How soon will I receive my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation at the email address you provided at checkout. Please find a table with shipping times here: Shipping

We ship worldwide. However, please note that each storefront covers a certain region:

If you want to apply your AB Club points, you have to sign into your account first. Before procceding to the checkout page, you can apply your AB Club points in your shopping bag. You can decide how many AB Club points you would like to apply to your order. You can easily check your available AB Club points in your account under My AB Club Points.
For every 100 AB Club points earned you get €1 off on your order.
Can I combine AB Club points with other offers or promotions?
Yes!
What happens to my AB Club points if I make a return?
AB Club points are one-time use and non-refundable.
Are AB Club points transferrable?
Unfortunately AB Club points cannot be transferred to another account.
How do I become a member?
If you would like to start saving money by earning and spending AB Club points, you need to sign up for an account on our account page.
